Let’s begin by understanding that the goal is to feed your child’s fascia with strategic movements as much as possible. This is not black or white.
If you only have 5 minutes:

Then, let’s be strategic with the plan. Depending on the program and the family’s lifestyle, we ask for at least, 3 blocks of 20-minute sessions per day, five days per week plus the usage of some of our wrapping alternatives to maximize the effect of the therapy. The Essential Fascia Training is designed for one hour of work, five days per week.
If you want to intensively help your child and boost their development.
This is where, depending on each family, we ask from 1 to 3 hours of daily work plus the implementation of our ideas to play and the wrapping systems. Learn more about our programs.
