Why you shouldn’t correct how your child moves.

Are you constantly telling your child how they should move? Are you reminding them frequently to hold their head up, or to sit up straight?


One of the most important lessons biotesengrity teaches us is that we move in the most efficient way we possibly can. We are always finding the best and most energy-efficient way to perform. Whether we like it, or not.


If you are always correcting how your child moves, you are sending an underlying negative message that you might not be aware of!
